Education:
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional administrative, project coordination, or document control environment.
- Experience reviewing, organizing, and coordinating project documentation.
- Experience maintaining electronic and physical document libraries.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform document quality reviews.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: o Outlook o Teams o SharePoint o OneNote
- Experience working with PDF editing and document management software such as: o Adobe Acrobat Pro o Bluebeam o ProjectWise (preferred) Preferred Qualifications;Candidates with experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, or infrastructure projects are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience supporting organizations such as Mortenson or other large construction or engineering firms is a plus.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support large-scale capital construction projects within our client's Strategic Projects Group. This team manages major energy infrastructure initiatives including new wind farms, solar facilities, repower projects, substations, transmission work, and other capital projects valued at $15M+.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, document management, coordination, and keeping complex projects moving forward. You'll play a critical role in ensuring project documentation, engineering drawings, RFIs, and approvals are completed accurately and on schedule.

The role offers a balance of desk work and hands-on responsibilities such as preparing and shipping construction drawing packages.
Training on company processes typically takes about one month.
