Construction Project Manager

Job Description Manage remodels and capital projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, contractor management, and ensuring quality and safety and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Work with the design team to create accurate project plans. Allocate resources and address development opportunities. Track milestones to meet deadlines.

Execution & Monitoring:

Bid out projects, hire and oversee the contractors and subcontractors. Ensure work progresses as planned and resolve issues. Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections, to maintain company design standards.

Budget Management:

Prepare budgets, negotiate contractor rates, and monitor expenses. Review invoices and track spending to budget.

Compliance & Safety:

Enforce building codes and safety standards. Oversee inspections and maintain compliance with policies and process.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure productivity. Keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress.

Professional Growth:

Attending training sessions and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of construction project management experience or PMP certification. Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Have a strong work ethic and a desire to improve your skills. Willing to travel on short notice. Salary range of $75,000 to $82,000 annually. Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
