The Opportunity You will serve as a key field leader, overseeing site safety, field execution, and overall delivery for high-stakes government and federal construction projects. In this impactful role, you will drive project quality, manage trade partners, and enforce strict safety standards while working directly with USACE and NAVFAC officials. Impact:
Manage all daily site operations, safety programs, and quality control execution for assigned federal projects. Lead project scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and schedule adherence. Enforce strict compliance with state, federal, company, and military safety protocols on active jobsites. Review labor reports and production metrics to optimize jobsite efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Execute comprehensive quality control plans and coordinate required inspections and testing procedures. Drive productive relationships with project teams, trade partners, clients, and
USACE/NAVFAC
representatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated field leadership experience on federal or commercial jobsites. Superintendent overseeing complex construction project sites. In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, field execution processes, quality control, and schedule management. Complete willingness to travel 100% to assigned project locations. Proficiency using construction management tools such as Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of dedicated field leadership experience on federal or commercial jobsites. Demonstrated expertise managing complex quality control programs and
USACE/NAVFAC
compliance standards. Proven experience managing projects working directly with USACE and NAVFAC agencies. Experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction or similar classified facility types.
