We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bindery Operator to join our production team in New Brighton. Previous bindery experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. What You'll Do Operate bindery and finishing equipment (folders, stitchers, collators, drills, gluers, cutters, binding, etc.) Follow job tickets and production instructions Set up and run bindery equipment accurately and efficiently Inspect work for quality throughout the process Package finished products per job requirements Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Work closely with other production team members to meet deadlines What We're Looking For Bindery or commercial print experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to read job tickets and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the workday Reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Friendly, team-focused work environment Full Benefits package If you're looking for a hands-on role in a print production environment where quality matters, apply today—we're hiring now!
