Primary:

Multiple LNG/LPG facilities in the Eagan/St. Paul, MN area

Secondary:

Eau Claire, WI Environment:

Fully onsite, field-based at regulated LNG/LPG facilities

Schedule:

Standard 40-hour week; overtime may be required by project phase or site conditions What you'll lead Field implementation of engineering packages from external firms—turn drawings into executed work. Contractor, inspector, and supplier coordination; field administration of drawings and updates.

Safety leadership:

conduct observations, coordinate with the safety team, and stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Compliance:

confirm personnel meet training, knowledge, operator qualification, and PHMSA drug and alcohol requirements.

Permitting:

ensure site, operational, and agency permits are approved prior to mobilization.

Controls:

track materials, gather receipts, and support financial reconciliation. Change/RFI management with the Project Manager; document all field changes.

Inspection readiness:

coordinate inspections and maintain required inspection records.

Project records:

use standard templates, SharePoint, daily reports, and photographs. Lifecycle ownership from definition through implementation, including change management support. Must-haves 4-8+ years overseeing construction or managing construction projects. 4+ years within industrial/regulated settings (LNG, LPG, or high-pressure gas).
