Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee, direct, and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. You will balance project schedule, budget, safety standards, and quality control while acting as the primary point of contact between site crews, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and owners/clients.
Core Responsibilities Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and phased execution strategies.
Budget & Financial Control:
Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, issue purchase orders, and oversee pay applications, change orders, and cost forecasting.
Contract & Subcontractor Management:
Negotatiate, award, and administer contracts with trade partners, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure strict adherence to scope of work and quality standards.
On-Site Management & Safety:
Work directly with the Project Superintendent to monitor daily operations, ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations, and mitigate jobsite risks.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Secure necessary permits, regulatory approvals, and inspections. Conduct regular site walk-throughs to verify work complies with architectural plans and engineering specifications.
Project Closeout:
Direct final inspections, punch-list completion, commissioning, certificate of completion (COC) acquisition, and client handoff documentation.
