Job Description

Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution. Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely project delivery. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability. Oversee project managers' construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Utilize construction estimating tools and software such as HeavyBid to prepare accurate bids and proposals. Review construction plans and specifications thoroughly to ensure clarity and adherence to project requirements. Monitor project progress through project managers regular site visits, inspections, and updates using Bluebeam or ProCore for documentation and communication. Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation in accordance with company policies and construction regulations. Lead and manage teams on-site by providing clear direction, fostering teamwork, and ensuring efficient workflow. Coordinate construction schedules with other trades and infrastructure projects to prevent delays. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Experience Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects or similar heavy infrastructure projects within the construction industry. Strong background in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, cost management, and budget control. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols specific to commercial roofing and infrastructure work. Hands-on experience with construction plans review and interpretation for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards. Ability to manage contracts efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Pay:
$61,471.23 - $74,029.88 per year
