Restoration 1 of Independence is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold mitigation and full-service reconstruction. We move fast, expect results, and take pride in doing things the right way the first time.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Reconstruction Manager to take full ownership of our rebuild division. This is not a sit-back role—this position is for someone who can manage jobs from start to finish, keep crews accountable, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage all reconstruction projects from approval to completion Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials Schedule jobs and ensure timelines are met Perform site visits and quality control inspections Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters Review and approve estimates, supplements, and job costs Ensure jobs stay profitable and efficient

Requirements:

Experience in construction or restoration project management Strong leadership and crew management skills Ability to read scopes, estimates, and job costing Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication skills (customers + insurance) Valid driver's license
