Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate execution of work. Oversee construction schedule coordination using software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA regulations), and adherence to construction regulations. Review contracts, change orders, and manage construction budgets effectively using tools like Prolog or HeavyBid. Collaborate with project managers on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; communicate progress and issues clearly with management teams. Ensure all site activities comply with federal safety regulations and industry best practices for construction safety management. Lead quality control efforts by reviewing construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents; utilize tools like Bluebeam for document review. Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety incidents, inspections, and project documentation for accountability and reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management roles with a strong background in supervising teams on active sites. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and related tools for scheduling and documentation. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately. Familiarity with managing large-scale projects involving pipelines or infrastructure development preferred. Strong understanding of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience implementing safety protocols on-site. Skilled in managing budgets, estimating costs through construction estimating techniques, and controlling project expenses effectively. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing tools such as ohmmeters or similar diagnostic devices is a plus.
