Full Job Description Job Summary:
MegaKC is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of civil and/or water/wastewater construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll take ownership of planning, execution, and financial performance-while leading teams, building strong relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of project success-guiding teams, coordinating across disciplines, and keeping every phase moving forward.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning and execution Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance Oversee contracts, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement Partner with field teams to keep projects on schedule Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Lead project closeout and turnover
Skills/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with construction management software (Procore, Vista, Bid2Win, etc.) preferred
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
