Job Description

BP Builders has immediate openings for a Project Superintendent(s). These projects are located both locally and out of town. The Project Superintendent is responsible for completing the project in its entirety, on time and keeping the project on budget. BP Builders is located in the Springfield, MO area Experience- Superintendent, 3 years (Required) Construction, 3 years (Required) Additional Requirements- Must have valid Driver's License Assist the Project Manager to establish a schedule for the project Superintendent should help the subcontractors or suppliers with any job-encountered problems & help with directing questions to the Project Manager or Architect. Superintendent is responsible for the safety compliance for OSHA on the job site. Assist in resolving any lack of productivity, construction related problems or scheduled delays. Daily field reports with photographs completed daily using Procore Keep inventory & control over the project tools, materials, equipment, & security Hold weekly coordination meetings with the subcontractors currently on site and with those that will be in the near future. Superintendent is responsible for the overall quality control of the project. Maintain a good working relationship with the Project Manager and work as a team for a successful project. Keep as-built drawings & as-built specifications. Maintain a clean set of plans & specifications at the site for as-built updating use. Video/Photograph the entire project prior to the job beginning, including surrounding property lines, streets, buildings etc. Do SWPPP reporting when required. Need ability to quickly recognize the critical priorities when confronted with an urgent matter. Understand the financial implications of the Superintendent's decision. Need ability to work effectively & independently without regularly being told what to do. Display professionalism and represent BP Builders in areas of the job.
