Construction Project Intern Construction Management / Engineering Internship About the Role Russell is taking applications for 2027 Construction Project Interns now! Join our project teams for hands-on exposure to how commercial construction actually gets built — from preconstruction through closeout. This isn't a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll be paired with a Project Manager or Superintendent, carry real responsibilities, and see your work show up on an actual jobsite. How You'll Contribute Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore Assist with scheduling coordination and subcontractor communication Participate in jobsite walks, safety meetings and inspections, quality control and progress documentation Help track project progress and organize projects files, subcontracts and purchase orders.
