Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee custom home construction from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Manage schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and the project team Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteQualifications:
3+ years of residential construction experience Custom or luxury home experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects moving Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWhat's Offered:
