This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include: Work closely with Project Manager and General Superintendent to plan projects Be responsible for the overall project schedule, and maintain short-term interval schedules for the use and review of all trades on the project. Schedule daily activity of labor force, material deliveries, testing agencies, site inspections, and subcontractors. Conduct regular progress meetings on site with labor force, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Meet with client representatives regularly to discuss the status of the project Communicate and enforce Safety Program for all on the job site Ensure all work complies with plans and specifications Control costs through efficient use of resources and value engineering when possible Monitor and manage project labor productivity and material cost, and monitor and administer Quality Assurance/Quality Control ("QA/QC") program, with emphasis on QA Assist estimators with bidding, including providing productivity/unit cost trends and subcontractor/vendor performance information Maintain project documentation including timesheets, daily reports, progress photos, testing reports, inspections, etc. A minimum ten years of industry experience is preferred, with five years of that experience in a superintendent role; healthcare construction experience a plus Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience Candidates must display a high degree of professionalism Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel, and experience with project management and scheduling applications and other construction technology First Aid and CPR certifications OSHA 10 Benefits for this full-time position include: Competitive, experience-based salary 401(k) plan with company match Participation in Employee Stock Ownership Plan Medical, dental and vision insurance programs Paid vacation, paid sick time, standard holidays Company-provided life insurance and Employee Assistance Program Other voluntary insurance available, such as disability
