Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing crew members to help work on our houses and apartments for our agency. This role involves having experience in construction in all facets of working on homes, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a understanding of construction and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within scope. Join our team us to help us grow and ensure our homes and apartments are safe, efficient, for all of our tenants. Responsibilities Assist other crew members and vendors/subcontractors to help ensure that our projects are done in a timely manner and on budget. Develop schedules, budgets and maintain communication with Director of program Ensure adherence to safety protocols such as OSHA standards and proper use of tools on job site Ensure quality control by inspecting work sites regularly, conducting inspections with tools and enforcing strict adherence to specifications Qualifications Proven experience in construction Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Basic knowledge of tools Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues while on job site Join us as a housing crew member to drive impactful projects forward with energy and precision.
