A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee pipeline and heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle from pre construction through closeoutPromote and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across all projectsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsDevelop project budgets, schedules, and work plansTrack project costs and performance against budget and scheduleIdentify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issue resolutionPrepare estimates including quantity takeoffs, vendor pricing, and subcontractor bidsCoordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support field operationsManage change orders, cost forecasting, and project reportingProvide regular project updates to leadership and clientsSupport senior project managers on larger or more complex projects as neededTravel to job sites, meetings, and client locations as required
Qualifications:
