Construction Manager

Construction Project Manager / Field Construction Support opportunity supporting a large-scale manufacturing construction environment. This role is focused on managing contractors, subcontractors, schedules, and field construction activities to support facility and plant construction projects from execution through close-out.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing general contractor and subcontractor field activities Supporting construction safety compliance and incident-free project execution Reviewing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documentation Coordinating between owner, contractors, and A/E firms Supporting project schedules, change orders, and budget tracking Leading punch-list, commissioning, and project close-out activities Completing daily field status reports for management review

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction project management or field construction experience Strong commercial construction background required (non-residential) Automotive or manufacturing construction experience is a plus Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in active construction environments Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Preferred Software Experience:
