Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Underground Construction Redline Administrator to accurately update and manage construction plans and schematics for underground infrastructure projects. You will oversee the redline process—ensuring that all construction modifications, deviations, and as-built conditions are precisely documented and integrated into official drawings. This position will require on-site inspection of in-process and processed projects to insure project completion. Duties Lead the redlining process by reviewing construction plans, schematics, and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate closely with field crews and project managers to incorporate construction changes into official documentation. Oversee the coordination of construction schedule updates to align project timelines with actual progress. Ensure adherence to construction regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements throughout the redline process. Support cost management efforts by tracking changes that impact project budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate recordkeeping for project documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction as-builts and redlines involving underground utilities. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with a thorough understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance related to underground utilities is highly desirable. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly across diverse teams to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently. A valid driver's license with an acceptable record is required.
