Manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel. Drive project schedules, manpower planning, and site logistics. Coordinate with Project Management, owners, engineers, and trade partners. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications. Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity. Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule. Oversee commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout activities. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience. 5+ years as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent. Experience with mission critical, data center, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations. Experience managing large field teams and subcontractors. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
