What You'll Do As a Field Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting project execution by: ? Championing a strong safety culture on every jobsite ? Coordinating daily field operations, labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics ? Assisting with jobsite startup and secure shutdown procedures ? Maintaining clean, organized, and productive project sites ? Supporting implementation of site logistics plans ? Coordinating material and equipment deliveries ? Monitoring quality and ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications ? Collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep projects on schedule ? Participating in daily huddles and trade partner coordination meetings ? Assisting with project documentation, daily reports, and closeout activities ? Managing direct-hire labor and company-owned or rental equipment ? Identifying and communicating project challenges, risks, and opportunities before they impact progress ? Building strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders ???? What We're Looking For Required Qualifications ????? High School Diploma or GED ????? 5+ years of construction experience ????? 5+ years of field supervision experience ????? Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications ????? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ????? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Preferred Qualifications ???? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field ???? Knowledge of Lean Construction principles ???? Experience coordinating multiple trades and project stakeholders ???? Understanding of construction means, methods, and project workflows ?
