$130,000 - $160,000Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations, support project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This office-based leadership role serves as a key link between project management and field operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and support to Superintendents and field teams across multiple projects.

Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Monitor project performance, productivity, safety, and quality.

Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve challenges and maintain project objectives.

Conduct operational reviews and implement best practices.

Mentor and develop field leadership personnel.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications10+ years of mechanical construction experience.5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control, specifically in mechanical construction or similar.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
