Responsibilities Assist the Project Superintendent where ever he needs assistance. Coordinate with FF&E installers on installation instructions and locations. Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements. Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, federal safety standards, and company safety policies; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks. Manage daily site operations by supervising crews, managing work crews' performance, and resolving on-site issues promptly. Monitor project progress through ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and quality control inspections. Communicate effectively with management teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Experience Proven experience in carpentry experience with a focus on wood framed hospitality projects; familiarity with federal construction safety regulations is highly desirable. Hands-on site supervision experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing review. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog or HeavyBid for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively on large-scale projects involving multiple subcontractors and disciplines. Strong understanding of OSHA standards and federal safety regulations related to heavy civil or commercial construction sites; experience supervising safety programs is preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead crews confidently while fostering a culture of safety and quality assurance.
