Construction Foreman A local general contracting company in the Flathead Valley, dedicated to building the Montana dream, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join its team. Combining old-fashioned craftsmanship and strong work ethic with innovative design, this company takes pride in delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can lead a crew, coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of craftsmanship.

Flathead Valley Essential Functions and Duties:
Lead and supervise construction crews while remaining hands-on with carpentry and jobsite tasks Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents Oversee framing, finish carpentry, installations, and other construction phases while ensuring quality standards Communicate project progress, resolve jobsite issues, and coordinate needs with project managers and trades Enforce safety standards, maintain an organized jobsite, and mentor crew members to promote teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of construction experience, preferably in residential or general contracting Previous foreman, lead carpenter, or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep crews productive Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety If you are interested in this opportunity, c all or text 406-295-1362 to reach Morgan with LC Staffing Office 42105
