RES is looking for a Superintendent I to join our growing field operations team! As Superintendent I, you will oversee field crews and help manage the successful delivery of environmental construction projects. In this role, you'll combine construction expertise with ecological awareness to drive safety, quality, and efficiency on site. Working closely with Project Managers and other field leaders, you'll lead by example to ensure every job meets RES standards—and that every team member gets home safely. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of both construction processes and restoration best practices. Experience in full site construction of stream restoration, stormwater infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects is required. This position requires weekly travel throughout the Southeast, with overnight stays typically occurring Monday through Friday based on project location. You'll use your knowledge of site plans, specifications, and ecological principles to guide daily operations and plans. Throughout the day, you'll confirm that all equipment is maintained, fueled, and functioning, and you'll play a key role in task execution, troubleshooting, and quality control.
