Coordinating, directing, and supervising subcontractors and direct labor on-site. Ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, quality control, and cost control standards. Developing and maintaining the site logistics plan, ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the project. Assisting in developing, updating, and maintaining the overall project schedule. Leading weekly foreman and safety meetings to ensure team alignment and safety adherence. Attending and contributing to weekly owner meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. The Successful Applicant The right Assistant Super has the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the construction industry Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $20M+ Ideally within public, academic, or K-12 construction An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor's License Experience using Procore or other construction management software Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment What's on Offer The Assistant Super will receive: Compensation $85K-$110K (based on experience)
