Our Superintendents have overall responsibility for successful client experience by delivering high quality construction projects on-time while being fiscally responsible. The projects assigned will give the Individual access to a variety of and some unusual assignments. There is great potential for the Individual to see the big picture, suggest solutions to issues that arise and then to see the results and accomplishments of their recommended course of action.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete Projects:
Oversee the project and address risk areas to maintain safety of workers. Ensure that the project is completed in line with the schedule. Able to read drawings and blueprints. Able to manage subcontractors and understand agreements to ensure they complete their work on a timely basis Track submittals and RFI's for projects Track and manage change notices and change orders Ability to self-perform some tasks when required to keep the project on schedule Able to collaborate with Project Managers, Clients, Architects, Engineers, Sub contractors and other project professionals. Manage Procore Keep a daily log of work done on project Produce a two week look ahead schedule to ensure everyone knows what is planned All other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeRequirements:
Willing to commute to projects as assigned Must have 3-5 years relevant construction experience. Team oriented approach and able to collaborate with Project Managers, Clients, Architects, Engineers, Sub contractors and other project professionals. OSHA 30 qualification a plus Relevant experience a plus Knowledgeable in Procore a plus Riley Contracting Group is an equal opportunity employer.
