This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for: Expanding our presence with state and local transportation agencies Converting existing contracts into active, revenue-generating work Building and leading high-performing teams Establishing trusted client relationships that result in repeat engagements The ideal candidate brings a combination of deep DOT relationships, operational credibility, and a proven ability to generate and deliver work. What You'll Do Drive Revenue & Market Growth (North Carolina Focus) Convert existing on-call contracts with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and North Carolina Turnpike Authority into active task orders Serve as a primary point of contact with Resident Engineers, Division staff, and Project Managers Identify project needs and position targeted PMCM, inspection, and project controls solutions Lead Construction Inspection & Staffing Recruit, hire, and deploy construction inspection staff Maintain a ready-to-deploy bench aligned with client demand Ensure rapid response to staffing needs across active construction projects Expand PMCM / Project Controls / P3 Services Lead pursuits and delivery of: Project controls (schedule, cost, risk) Program management Construction management advisory services Design-Build and P3 oversight roles Position subject matter experts on major infrastructure projects Oversee South Carolina Operations Provide strategic oversight and performance leadership for PMCM services in South Carolina Support and coach the regional Director in: Client engagement Capture strategy Team performance Lead Tennessee Market Entry Develop and execute a market entry strategy with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and local agencies Establish relationships with key decision-makers and teaming partners Secure initial wins and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities Build & Lead High-Performing Teams Align staffing with revenue opportunities Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and results Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to scale the PMCM practice Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $240,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 12.5-15% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family.
