Job Description

Construction Project Manager (Residential Construction) A growing residential construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manage r who enjoys leading projects from start to finish and wants to work in a collaborative environment with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from planning through final completion Oversee schedules, budgets, and overall project timelines Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success Monitor construction progress and ensure work meets quality standards Identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets Maintain strong communication with clients, field teams, and leadership Ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and building code requirements Track project documentation, reporting, and updates Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential construction Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously Strong understanding of construction processes and home building Ability to organize resources, timelines, and subcontractors effectively Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits Industry-leading compensation, range from $87,000 - $142,000 Full benefits package Positive and collaborative work environment Long-term career growth opportunities If you are a driven Construction Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to speak with you.
