Project Manager

  • $95,000 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager
  • Civil Construction to oversee and lead civil construction projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, manage resources, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and construction teams on-site. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards. Manage and resolve project risks, issues, and changes efficiently. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and senior management regarding project status and updates. Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and status updates. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate procurement of materials and equipment and manage inventory. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and contractual agreements. Required Skills and Competencies Proven leadership and team management abilities. Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methods, and project management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction. Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale construction projects. Valid construction safety certifications as required by local laws/regulations. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience with site development and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, HCSS, AutoCAD). Work Environment Site-based work with regular visits to active construction locations. Full-time position; may require extended hours or weekends based on project needs.
