Job Description Manage and coordinate daily field operations on commercial construction projects Develop, maintain, and update six-week look-ahead schedules Oversee subcontractor workflow, manpower allocation, productivity, and site safety Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, contract documents, and regulatory requirements Coordinate site logistics, security, and overall site cleanliness Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports, production logs, visitor records, and testing documentation Support project budget and schedule objectives through proactive field management Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, diversity, inclusion, and environmental responsibility MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience with field supervision responsibilities Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction processes OSHA 30 certification required CSL License preferred Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects with high client satisfaction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience with site layout and surveying activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation First Aid and CPR certification preferred What's on Offer Base salary of $92,000
