Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects for a highly respected General Contractor. This Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as a key leader on complex, high-profile builds. Senior Project Manager Responsibilities Lead ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and relationships Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Proactively manage risk, safety, and compliance on-site Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers as a Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager Qualifications 8+ years of commercial construction experience Proven success delivering large-scale projects Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP a plus Why This Senior Project Manager Role?
