The Role Manage commercial construction projects, including multifamily, from buyout through closeout. Own budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Work closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and engineers. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and project documentation. What You Bring Project management experience with a commercial general contractor. Multifamily experience preferred. Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
