An award-winning Raleigh/Durham area general contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale projects. This is a high-visibility role for a proven builder who wants to run complex work and develop the next generation of project managers. The Role Lead commercial construction projects, including multifamily, from preconstruction through closeout. Own project financials, schedules, contracts, buyout, and subcontractor performance. Lead and mentor project managers and project engineers. Build strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and engineers. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and risk management. What You Bring Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager background with a commercial general contractor. Multifamily experience preferred. A track record of delivering larger, complex commercial projects. Strong financial, scheduling, and team leadership skills.
