This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for corporate interior and tenant improvement projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain jobsite safety in accordance with company and OSHA requirements. Collaborate with Project Managers to track project progress, budgets, and schedules. Conduct regular jobsite meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders. Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize project delays. Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates. Qualifications 10+ years of experience working for a general contractor managing interior construction projects. Strong experience with corporate interiors, tenant improvements, and office build-outs. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety management.
