Our team works with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and wear-resistant plates, delivering high-quality solutions across all phases of material handling projects. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Project Superintendent to lead our construction projects on-site. This role is vital in overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction teams on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and safely. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution. Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to optimize workflow. Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are met. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety regulations and federal construction safety standards. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schematics. Monitor project budgets, track progress through construction scheduling tools like HeavyBid or Primavera P6, and report on project status. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or industrial projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction documents accurately. Supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety protocols. Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Hands-on experience with construction drawing review, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation. Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters for quality control testing when necessary.
