We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients, including airports, educational institutions, research facilities, and property managers. Make an Impact Where It Matters We're looking for a dynamic, people-first Site Manager to lead airport operations for a high-visibility client account. This is more than a management role—you'll be the face of our operation, driving service excellence, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of 40-50 employees across multiple shifts. If you're an organized, outgoing leader with strong business instincts and a passion for operational excellence, this role offers the opportunity to step into a critical leadership position and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do As Site Manager, you'll own the success of your site from end to end:
Lead & Inspire Teams:
Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff across 1st and 3rd shifts
Own Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact—building trust, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand services
Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee all janitorial and facility operations, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency Manage the
Business:
Monitor budgets, control costs, and contribute to P&L performance
Ensure Readiness:
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and inventory to meet operational demands
Uphold Standards:
Conduct inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company and airport regulations Grow the
Account:
Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth initiatives
Develop Talent:
Lead training programs focused on safety, performance, and career development What You Bring Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (a plus) Strong leadership presence—confident, personable, and able to engage at all levels Solid business acumen, including budgeting and operational decision-making Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments (facilities, janitorial, airport, or similar industries preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, facilities, or service-based environments Airport or aviation industry experience a plus What Success Looks Like A well-run, fully staffed operation delivering consistent, high-quality service Strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders Engaged, well-trained teams with low turnover Meeting or exceeding budget and performance targets Work Environment Fast-paced, highly visible airport setting Combination of office and operational floor presence Exposure to typical airport and maintenance environments (noise, equipment, etc.) Physical activity required, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) Why Join Us?
