Join a rapidly growing healthcare-focused contractor across the Southeast Lead renovations and construction within active healthcare facilities About Our Client Our client is a specialized healthcare general contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering highly technical healthcare renovations, diagnostic imaging installations, and medical facility construction projects throughout the United States. The company has built its business on quality service, long-term client relationships, and deep expertise within the healthcare construction sector. Job Description Manage daily field operations on healthcare construction projects Lead renovations and construction activities within occupied healthcare facilities Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and healthcare stakeholders Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement Enforce safety protocols and infection control requirements Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client standards Conduct quality control inspections and manage punch-list activities Prepare and maintain project documentation using Procore Coordinate closely with Project Managers and leadership teams Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and facility personnel Travel extensively throughout the Southeast as project needs require MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience within commercial construction Strong healthcare construction experience required Experience working inside active, occupied healthcare facilities required Experience managing interior healthcare renovations strongly preferred Ground-up healthcare construction experience a plus Strong understanding of healthcare safety and operational requirements Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to travel full-time throughout the Southeast Self-motivated and capable of operating independently What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from
