Lead high-profile healthcare projects across the Southeast Company growth creates strong career advancement opportunities About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing general contractor specializing in healthcare construction, renovation, and diagnostic imaging facility projects. Known for its specialized expertise and strong client relationships, the company continues to expand its footprint across multiple states through repeat business and negotiated work. Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects Lead projects within active, occupied healthcare facilities while minimizing disruptions to operations Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Ensure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met Partner closely with Project Managers to drive successful project execution Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues Maintain accurate project documentation utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office tools Oversee interior healthcare renovations and occasional ground-up construction projects Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, owner requirements, and company standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Healthcare Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications. Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region. What's on Offer Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 401K with a 4% company match. Company truck and gas card provided. Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
Per diem structure:
