Seeking a Commercial Building Construction Superintendent responsible for overseeing commercial projects from layout to completion, managing crews, safety, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and overall construction quality in Western North Carolina.

Western North Carolina Relocation:

Permanent relocation to the Western North Carolina area is required. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial building site supervision experience. Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents. Proven ability to lead construction crews and coordinate field activities. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Knowledge of all phases of commercial building construction, from layout through completion. Willingness to work alongside field crews and assist with hands-on tasks when needed. Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong focus on quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Oversee daily project activities to ensure quality construction and progress. Maintain and enforce safety standards and requirements. Coordinate project sequencing, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and staffing. Complete daily reports, timesheets, inspections, and other routine project documentation. Monitor equipment maintenance and overall site organization. Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
