Location:
Asheville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position offering daily collaboration with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
Note:
Applicants must have at least 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Candidates should have experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, CMAR, or Design-Build projects is preferred. Job Description Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project performance. Participate in preconstruction planning for CMAR and Design-Build projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively resolving issues and delays. Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships throughout project execution. Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. Monitor project costs, change orders, and project reporting. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Budget and schedule management experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
