Job Description

Key Responsibilities Site Leadership & Operations:
Open and close the Convenience Site reliably according to the posted schedule; act as the primary lead for assigned site attendants.
Customer Experience:
Greet community members warm-heartedly, offering clear guidance on safe waste and recycling separation.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain clean facility grounds by clearing litter and debris; operate and manage the compactor safely on a daily basis.
Equipment & Driver Support:
Assist drivers with arranging, covering, and picking up waste containers, as well as cleaning up spillage.
Proactive Monitoring:
Keep a close eye on container levels to ensure adequate capacity for incoming waste and recyclables.
What We Are Looking For Hands-on Skills:
Ability to operate equipment, including site compactors, safely and efficiently.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written communication skills to engage with site visitors, team members, and management.
Problem Solving:
Basic math skills, common sense reasoning, and the ability to follow directions with limited supervision.
Availability & Physical Demands:
Willingness to work weekend hours in an outdoor setting (~90% of the time). Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 20 lbs. Perks & Benefits 🌴 Time to
