About the

Role:

Big Ben's Moving and Storage is seeking a proactive and dependable Assistant On-site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our facility in Jacksonville, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the assistant on-site manager Assist with outbound calls and inbound calls as needed Perform audits, sweep outs, overlocks, auction prep, facility repairs, and landscape oversight Clean and maintain the office weekly Help drive timely completion of facility projects and initiatives Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and vendor logistics Review and approve facility expenses under $200 Assist with delinquent accounts and auctions Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership Assist in U-Haul rentals: check out, check in, clean, and calling renters

Who We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues Ability to be a team player Comfortable using tech tools for scheduling and communication

Employment Details:
