In this performance-driven, client-focused role, you will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts while coordinating design teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality, sustainable spaces. Responsibilities include risk management, site inspections, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. You'll collaborate across functions, leverage technology-enabled solutions, and support JLL's mission to shape a more innovative and sustainable built environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts Coordinate design teams, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, quality, and safety goals Prepare, negotiate, and administer construction contracts and change orders Conduct site visits, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements Provide clear reporting and communication to clients and internal stakeholders Drive sustainability, innovation, and technology-enabled solutions in project delivery Required Skills Construction project management Real estate development Budgeting and cost control Scheduling (CPM, MS Project, Primavera) Contract administration Vendor and subcontractor management Risk management Quality assurance and site inspections Client and stakeholder management Reporting and documentation
