Job Description
A respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced K-12 Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for school projects. The Superintendent will lead daily field operations and ensure K-12 projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. This role is ideal for a Superintendent experienced with occupied campuses and working closely with school districts and design teams. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent on K-12 construction projects Strong knowledge of K-12 processes, safety, and occupied campus work Ability to lead all field operations as the primary Superintendent Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating inspections Client-facing Superintendent experience with districts and stakeholders Strong scheduling skills aligned with academic calendars Knowledge of codes, inspections, and compliance requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Our client is ready to hire immediately!
