Sign Shop Production ManagerJob Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sign Shop Production Manager with experience in graphic design, sign production, large-format printing, and installation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced sign shop environment. This position requires strong production skills, customer communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently from design through production and installation. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily production to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Create, modify, and prepare production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, FlexiSIGN, and SAi software . Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, laminators , and other sign production equipment. Prepare files for printing, cutting, contour cutting, and vinyl production. Produce and install vehicle wraps and graphics, storefront graphics, window graphics, wall graphics, banners, signs, 3D lettering, and dimensional signage . Apply vinyl and graphics professionally on different surfaces and materials. Perform quality-control checks before installation, delivery, or completion. Organize production priorities and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Troubleshoot issues involving artwork, printing, cutting, laminating, materials, equipment, and installations. Monitor materials and supplies and help maintain proper inventory. Maintain production equipment and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Communicate professionally with customers regarding artwork, measurements, project requirements, and production details. Coordinate with team members and help maintain a fast and efficient production workflow. Identify production problems and find practical solutions to keep projects moving. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in a sign shop, print shop, or similar production environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop . Experience with FlexiSIGN / SAi for sign production. Experience operating large-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and laminators . Knowledge of vinyl application and installation on different surfaces. Vehicle wrapping experience is highly preferred. Experience with storefront graphics, signs, 3D lettering, and dimensional signage is preferred. Knowledge of screen printing and embroidery equipment, or the ability to quickly learn how to operate these machines, is preferred. Ability to learn and operate new production equipment and processes. Strong understanding of measurements, layouts, materials, and production specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet production deadlines. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to take ownership of projects. Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
