Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee residential building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of building codes and a comprehensive understanding of residential construction sequences. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to address field errors promptly to prevent schedule delays. The Construction Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules. Maintain thorough knowledge of building codes and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to relay updates, clarify project requirements, and resolve issues promptly. Monitor construction activities closely, identifying potential field errors early and implementing solutions proactively to prevent major schedule delays. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on quality workmanship and continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in residential construction management or a similar role overseeing building projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of residential building sequences and construction processes. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate among diverse teams and stakeholders. Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills geared toward quickly fixing field errors before they cascade into major delays. Pay:

$51,700.00 - $75,000.00 per year
