Your expertise in construction management, technical reading, and team supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide installation and troubleshooting activities. Manage safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on site. Review and interpret contracts, technical specifications, and construction drawings to ensure compliance and quality standards. Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, testing (such as using ohmmeters), and documentation to guarantee project integrity. Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement using Construction management software like ProCore or Prolog. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on utility or pipeline projects. Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction drawing review. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills for managing crews. 10 years of experience minimum
