Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, accountable construction leader to drive commercial projects from the field. As the on-site leader, you'll take full ownership of schedule, safety, quality, coordination, and delivery. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and the project moving forward. This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be in the field anticipating challenges, making decisions, solving problems, and driving each project through a strong finish. If you lead with urgency, think critically, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of project schedules, safety, coordination, quality, and delivery Lead field operations and manage subcontractors with urgency, accountability, and professionalism Develop and maintain project schedules and lookaheads Anticipate challenges and resolve issues in real time Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite that meets OSHA and company standards Oversee inspections, RFIs, change orders, punch lists, and project closeout Hold teams accountable while creating a collaborative, solutions-focused environment What You Bring Five or more years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager; commercial, healthcare, or industrial construction experience is preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety practices, building codes, and quality standards Ability to interpret plans and specifications, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple trades Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, CompanyCam, and OpenSpace Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A commitment to ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement What Sets You Apart You take extreme ownership You're proactive, decisive, and willing to get hands-on You remain calm under pressure and lead with a firm but fair approach You're humble, growth-minded, and always looking for a better way You finish what you start and finish strong Ready to lead projects people remember? Pay:
$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
