Job Description
Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:
Provide overall field leadership for commercial and industrial electrical projects, driving execution from mobilization through final turnover. Review construction documents, specifications, and coordination drawings to ensure code compliance. Direct site activities, establishing daily priorities, production targets, and quality standards across active job sites. Oversee workforce planning, materials, equipment allocation, and other items as needed to maintain schedule and budget alignment. Champion a culture of safety, enforcing site protocols and proactively mitigating risk. Serve as the primary on-site liaison, partnering with project management, general contractors, inspectors, and owners to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Lead field problem-solving efforts, addressing design conflicts, sequencing challenges, and unforeseen site conditions with minimal disruption. Track progress and provide updates to leadership.Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects. Experience leading $2m+ value projects. Strong leadership skills with an interest in training and team development. Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and local codes. Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with field-based technology for scheduling and reporting. Valid driver's license required.Benefits:
