My Tiny House Guys is seeking a North Carolina-licensed General Contractor for contract-based residential and modular home projects in the Mooresville, NC area . The General Contractor will coordinate and oversee the construction side of projects, including site preparation, foundations, utility connections, home installation, subcontractors, inspections, corrections, scheduling, and construction-related permit coordination.

Responsibilities may include:

Managing subcontractors and trades Coordinating site work, foundations, plumbing, electrical, and other construction activities Overseeing delivery and installation of modular/prefabricated homes Reviewing construction schedules and project requirements Coordinating required inspections and correcting inspection issues Ensuring work complies with applicable North Carolina building codes Communicating project progress, costs, and scheduling Helping obtain competitive bids and manage construction expenses Applicants must hold an active North Carolina General Contractor license and have residential construction experience. Experience with modular, manufactured, prefabricated, or tiny-home construction is preferred. This is a contract/project-based position with hours varying based on project activity. Site presence in Mooresville and surrounding areas will be required.

Pay:

$50.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
